Eric Hod earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and visual communication from the Städelschule Art Academy in Frankfurt, Germany, before completing his master’s in interior design at the School of Visual Arts in New York. After designing for a top New York City firm, where he collaborated with Martha Stewart and QVC, Eric relocated to the East End of Long Island. There, he served as interior creative director for a large hospitality firm and Airbnb Luxury Retreats, helping develop hundreds of high-end hospitality and residential designs. His work has earned numerous awards along the way, and today Eric brings this experience to Hudson’s Furniture + Mattress in Clearwater.

Eric believes a space is more than a physical structure. To him, designing a room requires communication, imagination, and inspiration. Every environment Eric creates is meant to embody authenticity, beauty, and love.
