Doorstep Drop-Off

White Glove Delivery
You will need to bring all necessary pads, straps and help to properly secure your furniture. We do not load into your vehicle.
The furniture is shipped in the factory carton and assembly is the customer's responsibility.
Merchandise will be left at the first dry, covered area of the home (determined by our delivery team)
Furniture is placed inside your home and in the room of your choice.
Hudson's provides complete assembly, setup and installation of every piece.
You will sign off on a 360 visual inspection that every piece in your home is as perfect as you expected before the team leaves the residence.
All shipping/packing materials are discarded for you.
If you need instructions on the operation of any items, we'll explain and demonstrate.

DELIVERY DETAILS

  • Customers will receive a call a few days before delivery to confirm the date and provide a three-hour delivery window
  • An adult age 18 or older must be present to accept the delivery
  • Orders containing both in-stock and back-ordered items are delivered together once all items are available
  • Separate deliveries are available on request for an additional fee

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

White Glove Delivery is completed by Hudson’s delivery teams using Hudson’s trucks and includes the following services:

  • All items are wrapped and packaged for transport.
  • Furniture is placed in the rooms of the customer’s choice, including rooms on upper floors.
  • All pieces are assembled, set up, and installed.
  • All packaging is removed.
  • Operating instructions and demonstrations are provided on request.

WAREHOUSE PICKUP

  • Please be aware that due to insurance reasons, salespeople cannot assist with the loading of your furniture and/or goods.
  • The hours for warehouse pickups are Monday - Friday 7:30am to 2:30pm.
  • There are no pick ups on Saturday or after hours from the warehouse.
  • If you're in central Florida, pickups are completed at our Sanford Warehouse location and require a minimum of 24 hours notice before pickup by contacting (407) 708-5970. Hudson's Warehouse address is: 3290 W 1st St, Sanford, Florida 32771.

DOORSTEP DROP-OFF

  • Doorstep Drop-Off is available for a flat fee of $49.99 on orders of $500 or more and can be selected at checkout.
  • Furniture is delivered in original factory packaging to a garage, front porch, or apartment door.
  • Delivery teams do not enter the residence or remove packaging.
  • Residents of apartments and managed facilities, including nursing homes, must arrange a drop-off location with the landlord or building staff before delivery.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

  • Doorstep Drop-Off and White Glove Delivery are available throughout the contiguous 48 states through third-party shipping partners. These services are offered as a convenience, and the shipping partner is solely responsible for completing the delivery.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not available after an order leaves the warehouse, including orders delivered by third-party carriers. Items damaged in transit should be reported immediately with photos so a claim or resolution can be arranged under the carrier’s policy.
  • Shipping fees are based on region, service type, and order value. The exact rate is calculated at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery FAQ

White Glove Delivery includes inside placement in the room of your choice, complete assembly, setup and installation, removal of all packaging, and a final inspection before the delivery team leaves your home.

Doorstep Drop Off delivers furniture in factory packaging to your garage, front porch, or first covered area of the home. Assembly and packaging removal are not included. A minimum order of $500 is required.

Local Florida deliveries are completed by Hudson’s delivery team using Hudson’s trucks. Deliveries outside the local area and nationwide deliveries are completed by third party carriers.

Delivery fees vary by location, service level selected, and order value. Your exact delivery cost is displayed during checkout.

Yes. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to accept delivery and complete any required inspection.

Inspect all items at delivery. For White Glove Delivery, you will complete a visual inspection before the delivery team leaves. For third party deliveries, damage must be reported promptly with photos so we can assist with next steps.

Customers must coordinate an approved drop location with building management. Delivery teams cannot enter the residence. Missed deliveries or reschedules due to access issues may result in additional fees.

Orders containing both in stock and back ordered items are delivered together. Multiple deliveries can be requested for an additional fee.

Yes. Free warehouse pickup is available at our Sanford Florida location with at least 24 hours notice. Customers are responsible for loading and securing their furniture.

No. For insurance reasons, customers must bring proper straps, pads, and sufficient help to safely load and secure furniture.
