Online Order Cancellation & Refunds
As a value-focused company, Hudson's Furniture does not allow order cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds. Many of the products on our website are special-ordered just for you, and once an order has been placed, it is final.
In the event of damage or defects, Hudson's furniture will repair the item to the manufacturer's specifications. If the item cannot be repaired to the manufacturer's specifications, Hudson's Furniture will provide a replacement. If extenuating circumstances require cancellation, a 30% cancellation fee may be required. Cancellation is solely at the discretion of Hudson's Furniture.
If you are not satisfied with an in-stock product within one week of purchase, Hudson's Furniture may, at its sole discretion, allow you to exchange the item for a different in-stock item of equal or lesser value. The customer is responsible for all applicable pickup and redelivery fees associated with the exchange. For deliveries outside Hudson's standard local delivery area, including out-of-state deliveries where Hudson's may subsidize a portion of the original delivery cost, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the replacement delivery, regardless of any promotional or discounted delivery charges that may have applied to the original order.
You must notify Hudson's at least 72 hours in advance of your delivery date if you are unable to accept delivery at the scheduled location, date and time. Additional delivery and pickup fees may apply.
Hudson's Furniture takes great care to provide you with information that is accurate and useful. Please let us know if you find an error and we'll do our best to correct it. Contact us to confirm information about pricing, color, features, dimensions, availability and lead times. Hudson's Furniture reserves the right to amend or change this information at any time.
No modification or waiver of any provision of this agreement shall be effective unless such modification or waiver is in writing and signed by all parties. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.
