Treat Yourself to White Glove Delivery
Your purchase from Hudson's Furniture doesn’t end with the sale and a handshake. We specialize in "Turning Houses into Homes." We put on our “white gloves” to give you the same attention-to-detail in delivery that we put into everything else we do.
Our White Glove Delivery starts with Hudson's own transportation service, in Hudson's delivery trucks, from our “home” to yours. The Hudson's delivery team is made up of friendly, experienced professionals. Our commitment to quality, reliable service guarantees not only the careful and safe delivery and set-up of your home furnishings, but respect for you and your home along the way.
Here’s what you can expect from Hudson's’s White Glove Delivery:
- All items will be packaged and wrapped for safe travel.
- We will place your new furnishings wherever you want them, including on additional floors.
- Hudson's provides complete assembly, setup and installation of every piece.
- Our delivery service includes removal of all packaging.
- If you need instructions on the operation of any items, we are happy to explain and demonstrate.


Pickup at Warehouse
- Please be aware that due to insurance reasons, salespeople cannot assist with the loading of your furniture and/or goods.
- The hours for warehouse pickups are Monday - Friday 7:30am to 2:30pm.
- There are no pick ups on Saturday or after hours from the warehouse.
- If you're in central Florida, pickups are completed at our Sanford Warehouse location and require a minimum of 24 hours notice before pickup by contacting (407) 708-5970. Hudson's Warehouse address is: 3290 W 1st St, Sanford, Florida 32771.


Doorstep Drop-Off
- Select Doorstep Drop-Off at checkout and we’ll deliver your furniture in factory packaging to your garage, front porch or apartment for a flat-fee of $49.99. $500 minimum order required for Doorstep Drop-Off.
- If you live in an apartment or managed facility like a nursing home, you’ll need to make arrangements with the landlord/building staff to coordinate an appropriate drop location. We are unable to enter the residence.
- To keep our delivery team on schedule, we’re unable to remove any packaging.


Nationwide Delivery
- We offer Doorstep Drop-off and White Glove delivery to the contiguous 48 states via third-party shipping partners. These services are provided as a convenience; the third-party shipping company assumes sole responsibility for successful delivery.
- Shipping fees are based on your region, service selection, and value of items purchased. An exact shipping rate is provided at checkout. Here are the minimum shipping fees per region:
- Florida (outside of Hudson's local delivery area): $149.99
- South & Mid-Atlantic (AL, AR, DC, DE, GA, KY, LA, MD, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV): $249.99
- Northeast & Midwest (CT, IA, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SD, VT, WI): $349.99
- West & Mountain (AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY): $399.99
- No refunds or exchanges after your leaves our warehouse, including deliveries fulfilled by third party carriers. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos so we can file a claim or arrange a resolution based on the carrier’s policy.

Additional Details:
- We’ll contact you a couple days prior to your delivery to confirm the date and give you a three-hour delivery window.
- It’s essential that you’re present to receive your furniture. Person accepting delivery must be at least 18 years of age.
- If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered merchandise, we will deliver all items in one delivery. Multiple deliveries can be accommodated by request for an additional fee.

What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove Delivery includes inside placement in the room of your choice, complete assembly, setup and installation, removal of all packaging, and a final inspection before the delivery team leaves your home.
What is Doorstep Drop Off?
Doorstep Drop Off delivers furniture in factory packaging to your garage, front porch, or first covered area of the home. Assembly and packaging removal are not included. A minimum order of $500 is required.
Who delivers my furniture?
Local Florida deliveries are completed by Hudson’s delivery team using Hudson’s trucks. Deliveries outside the local area and nationwide deliveries are completed by third party carriers.
Is delivery available nationwide?
Yes. Doorstep Drop Off and White Glove Delivery are available to the contiguous 48 states through third party shipping partners.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary by location, service level selected, and order value. Your exact delivery cost is displayed during checkout.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to accept delivery and complete any required inspection.
Does the no refunds or exchanges policy apply to out of area deliveries?
Yes. No refunds or exchanges are available once items have shipped or left our warehouse, including deliveries completed by third party carriers. If your item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service promptly with photos so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
Inspect all items at delivery. For White Glove Delivery, you will complete a visual inspection before the delivery team leaves. For third party deliveries, damage must be reported promptly with photos so we can assist with next steps.
What if I live in an apartment or managed community?
Customers must coordinate an approved drop location with building management. Delivery teams cannot enter the residence. Missed deliveries or reschedules due to access issues may result in additional fees.
Will all items in my order be delivered at the same time?
Orders containing both in stock and back ordered items are delivered together. Multiple deliveries can be requested for an additional fee.
Can I pick up my furniture instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Free warehouse pickup is available at our Sanford Florida location with at least 24 hours notice. Customers are responsible for loading and securing their furniture.
Will Hudson’s load furniture into my vehicle at pickup?
No. For insurance reasons, customers must bring proper straps, pads, and sufficient help to safely load and secure furniture.
How will I know when my delivery is scheduled?
