Your purchase from Hudson's Furniture doesn’t end with the sale and a handshake. We specialize in "Turning Houses into Homes." We put on our “white gloves” to give you the same attention-to-detail in delivery that we put into everything else we do.
Our White Glove Delivery starts with Hudson's own transportation service, in Hudson's delivery trucks, from our “home” to yours. The Hudson's delivery team is made up of friendly, experienced professionals. Our commitment to quality, reliable service guarantees not only the careful and safe delivery and set-up of your home furnishings, but respect for you and your home along the way.
Here’s what you can expect from Hudson's’s White Glove Delivery:
- All items will be packaged and wrapped for safe travel.
- We will place your new furnishings wherever you want them, including on additional floors.
- Hudson's provides complete assembly, setup and installation of every piece.
- Our delivery service includes removal of all packaging.
- If you need instructions on the operation of any items, we are happy to explain and demonstrate.
Pickup at Warehouse
- Please be aware that due to insurance reasons, salespeople cannot assist with the loading of your furniture and/or goods.
- The hours for warehouse pickups are Monday - Friday 7:30am to 2:30pm.
- There are no pick ups on Saturday or after hours from the warehouse.
- If you are in the Orlando Area, pickups are done at our Sanford Warehouse location from 9:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. and require a minimum of two (2) hours notice before pickup by contacting (407) 708-5970. The Warehouse Address is: 3290 West State Road 46, Sanford, Florida 32771.
Free Local Shipping
- Select Free Shipping at checkout and we’ll deliver your furniture in factory packaging for free to be placed inside your garage, front porch or apartment. $500 minimum order required for free shipping.
- If you live in an apartment or managed facility like a nursing home, you’ll need to make arrangements with the landlord/building staff to coordinate an appropriate drop location. We are unable to enter the residence.
- To keep this service free and our delivery team on schedule, we’re unable to remove any packaging.

|You will need to bring all necessary pads, straps and help to properly secure your furniture. We do not load into your vehicle.
|The furniture is shipped in the factory carton and assembly is the customer's responsibility.
|Merchandise will be left at the first dry, covered area of the home (determined by our delivery team)
|Furniture is placed inside your home and in the room of your choice.
|Hudson's provides complete assembly, setup and installation of every piece.
|You will sign off on a 360 visual inspection that every piece in your home is as perfect as you expected before the team leaves the residence.
|All shipping/packing materials are discarded for you.
|If you need instructions on the operation of any items, we'll explain and demonstrate.
- We’ll contact you a couple days prior to your delivery to confirm the date and give you a three-hour delivery window.
- It’s essential that you’re present to receive your furniture. Person accepting delivery must be at least 18 years of age.
- If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered merchandise, we will deliver all items in one delivery. Multiple deliveries can be accommodated by request for an additional fee.
