Special or Custom Orders:
Require a 50% deposit and can be cancelled within 72 hours of the sale with a full refund. After 72 hours Special orders are non-refundable.
Hassle Free Price Guarantee
If you can make an identical furniture purchase in our service area for a lower amount (including local delivery charges) within 30 days of your delivery date, we will refund you in the form of a store credit. See store for details.
Fast delivery of in-stock merchandise that has been paid in full can be scheduled at your request on available days in designated areas (weather permitting, excludes online purchases). See purchasing store for details. Standard delivery charges will apply.
In-Home Set Up
We place the furniture in your home, out of the cartons and fully assembled. Excludes Clearance Center and As Is merchandise.
Free One-Year Service
We maintain our own staff of expert technicians who are skilled artisans to provide you with "Free Service" on manufacturers' defects on non-Clearance Center items for up to a year after delivery of your furniture, so long as you are within our service area. As your exclusive remedy, we will repair the item or, at our option, replace it. In-home mishaps such as common household stains fall under our "Free Service" policy, our Service Department will be happy to professionally handle these issues. Since fabric mills and furniture manufacturers do not guarantee fabrics, they are not guaranteed against normal wear, color-fastness, or any damage caused by any cleaning process. However, Hudson's Furniture will advise you on any fabric-related concerns within the first year.
You may reserve the sale price of non-Clearance Center, regularly-stocked items and delay delivery for up to 6 months. A payment must be made every 30 days to keep the order in good standing or it may result in cancellation of the order. Merchandise on layaway is not physically held so the order may be canceled if the manufacturer discontinues the item(s).
Refunds are made to the purchaser only. Payments made by check are refunded by our Corporate office after 14 calendar days from the original cancellation date. Cash refunds greater than $100 are refunded by Corporate check. All credit card refunds are returned to the card used in making the purchase. Proper identification is required for all refunds.
