How to Enter: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the calendar month. To enter, visit our website at www.hudsonsfurniture.com, complete the online entry form in its entirety, and submit. Limit: One entry per person per week.

If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given week, only the first online entry for that week will count.

Any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Hudson’s Furniture Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or any printing or human errors. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal US residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Hudson’s Furniture (the “Sponsor”), its licensors, prize suppliers advertising/promotion agencies and each of the foregoing entities’ parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, distributors, and any other entity directly involved with this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

After entering the Sweepstakes on the Website, you may receive promotional e-mails, reminders for upcoming Hudson’s Furniture promotions and information about Hudson’s Furniture.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

Prizes: One (1) winner per calendar month will receive a $1000.00 shopping spree to be redeemed at any Hudson’s Furniture location in Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina.  There is no minimum purchase required to enter or redeem the prize, and the prize money may be used toward the purchase of any and all items available at the store location of the winner’s choice.  The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize is $1000.00. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local taxes on the Prize are the winner’s responsibility. The Prize winners will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize. Some restrictions may apply. Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Drawing and Notification: Winners will be selected by an independent judging organization within two (2) weeks of the end of each calendar month in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail, and confirmed via US Mail or other form of home delivery within 2 weeks of the drawing. Judges’ decisions are final. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity, and return same, properly executed, within ten (10) days of issuance of prize notification. If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential prizewinner, if the potential winner fails to complete and return all forms by the specified date or if potential winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner shall be selected. PRIZE WINNERS CONSENT TO THE USE OF THEIR NAME, PHOTOGRAPH, LIKENESS, BIOGRAPHY, VOICE AND/OR VIDEO FOR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING ONLINE ANNOUNCEMENTS, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using the online entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Website.

Release of Liability: All participants and/or entrants release each of the Sweepstakes Entities and their employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt, use, misuse or inability to use any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants, any winners, and their family members, guests, invitees, agents, and employees release and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their officers, directors, agents, employees and shareholders from and against any and all actions, claims, and/or liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize and any related travel and/or activities, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the manufacturer’s terms therefore, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty and/or guarantee. None of the Sweepstakes Entities will be responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
